Sanjay had worked for a RTO for 5 years and had been dealing with SpaceFinder regularly for his employer's venue needs. Sanjay had a goal of one day having his own RTO, but was concerned about the level of uncertainty and cost involved in having a commercial lease while awaiting his ASQA approval. A conversation with the SpaceFinder team, led Sanjay to finally decide to proceed with his ASQA application for a new RTO, as he realised that by securing a Compliance Package, Sanjay’s budget could cover the venue holding fees prior to receiving his approval. Several months later, Sanjay’s audit went smoothly and he now runs his own RTO, with student numbers increasing and his business growing month on month.
Sam’s RTO was experiencing rapid growth and they realised that they were outgrowing their Sydney premise. They had secured a 10-year lease, with 3 years remaining and didn’t want to miss out on the momentum that they were experiencing, but didn’t want to make another 10-year lease commitment.
