This client wanted to secure a high yielding investment to aid their retirement fund, with this being the case there were a number of conversations around the long-term game plan. To get a higher yield they were happy to secure a 7% return in a regional location, however they wanted it to be a fairly passive investment. What we managed to help them secure was a Mooloolaba CBD professional office suite, with a sole tenant on a 3 + 3-year lease and only a short walk to beach. The best part being it was returning 7% in a metro location.
