They wanted a minimum rental yield of 7% and their primary outcome was cashflow. What we managed to help them secure was an Industrial investment on the Sunshine Coast.
This was a strategy lead investment already returning 7%, with a number of options for them to increase the rental yield and therefore capital value on the property.
